Palencia Football Academy is an elite football academy located in Palencia (Spain), expert in the development of players between the ages of 12-18 since 1995.
The academy’s main objective is to offer a comprehensive program for talented individuals from all over the world, helping them reach their full potential through a fully integrated football program. At Palencia Football Academy we believe that training, studying and living in a foreign country is an invaluable experience that helps develop young individuals not only into better players, but also into better people. The benefits of this experience will remain in the player for the rest of his/her life.
For the academy staff, it is important that players become footballers while continuing their education and learning values that will enhance their lives on and off the pitch.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Self-responsibility, time management, and flexibility are values required to become elite football players as well as successful professionals. Our Player Development Program allows our athletes to combine their academics with their football training. Players are expected to focus their efforts on the pitch, as well as in everyday life. The staff at Palencia Football Academy is specialized in the educational and social areas of youth development and always seeks to help our players grow.
